The room is very clean and the bed is comfortable.
Very annoying that there is no free parking allotted to the room, it is an additional cost and should be advertised.
Very noisy during the day up to 11pm.
Was told that it was a dog friendly neighbourhood but the closest Park is school property that doesn't allow dogs.
Saying all this it is conveniently located close to 17 Ave for all shopping and dining.
Because it is downtown we found a homeless person changing in our front entrance and witnessed a violent domestic dispute in the adjacent apartment all on the first night. Although exciting and entertaining maybe wouldn't be best for a family.
