Started going when I had a dental emergency. The place is friendly, clean and professional. When kids start going, they have "Smile Visits", so children get use to everything. They do not change until they start doing work. They are patient and kind. The dental hygienist named Lindsey is wonderful with the kids. The dental hygienist named Anne is also wonderful.The family sees Dr. Campbell and I would recommend him. He has professional patience and makes you feel at ease. There has been times when a referral has been needed and Dr. Campbell has always sent me or a family member to other stellar professionals.

My girlfriend used this farce of a clinic for her dental work and in the past two months has had to go back three times for mistakes they had made with her fillings. On her most recent visit the dentist and hygenist were very unprofessional, and not only screwed up her filling yet again, but somehow she ended up with bleeding gums (it happens, I know but usually from a cleaning/flossing, not a filling) as well as her tongue bleeding for some reason. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
My girlfriend used this farce of a clinic for her dental work and in the past two months has had to go back three times for mistakes they had made with her fillings. My hygienist here is fantastic. She's super nice, down to earth, professional. She does good thorough work and puts me at ease when I'm nervous. The staff at front desk have been consistently friendly, accommodating and hospitable. Environment is clean and well organized too. Since I moved to the other side of town I still commute back to this place. 5 stars all the way.

I second the review that was provided by the user below. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!
The personnel in the dental center are extremely unorganized, unprofessional and careless. I visited the center a couple of weeks ago for a molar problem. The dentist promised to refer me to a specialist but it turns out that he never did. Furthermore, the receptionists never called to update me on the status of my referral.
Two weeks later and given that I am still in pain, I attempted to call them to get an update. They promised to call me back again soon to inform me about the status of my case which didn't happen. I decided that I couldn't tolerate the incompetence anymore and visited them again to get my records back. They asked me to wait for a few hours and come over for pick up. When I showed up, they said that they couldn't find my records and assured me that once they're found they will mail them to me!!

I have been going to Westbrook Dental Centre for my whole life and have had nothing but great experiences. The staff from the front desk through to dentists were very friendly, and I always leave there remembering how nice it is to have a clean set of teeth.
Thanks for the wonderful service and I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in Calgary looking to establish a long lasting rapport with a dentist.
