Really great shopping my first visit a worker delayed her coffee break to help me find some mold treatment.
The second time I asked a worker where the pet food was it was her first day and she knew!

What is this place?!?! The shelves are BARE and disorganized. The cashier didn't have a working belt to push the food through and she obviously didn't know what she was doing. Why aren't the employees being trained properly and given the appropriate tools to do their job.... really horrible.

Terrible customer service, rude employees, poor behavior and attitude. I would highly not recommend shopping at this Walmart. Everything is very unorganized and no one seems to care about the customers. There is a high level of unprofessional-ism in the Electronics Department, as nobody seems to care about assisting the customers. There is usually nobody at the Cashier counter, and when you have a question about a product, there is never an answer that is helpful. As well, this is a very shady location and store. There is a high level of shoplifting, theft, and burglary. Everything about this Walmart makes me want to throw up. They don't seem very welcoming or friendly towards customers. Only people who live close to this location don't seem to mind it as much, but if you are looking for a more comfortable, and easygoing shopping experience, go anywhere but here.

The Westbrook Walmart is well organized and stocked . I can usually find what I'm looking for and when I can't, there always seems to be a staff member who's always eager to help you locate the item/ items you are having trouble locating. The store is always clean and for these reasons I feel they deserve a 5 star rating. Thanks, J

Store was very dirty and poorly organized. Clothing and items just tossed about like no one cared. Poor selection of children's clothing and food items. Customers were the rudest I have seen in any store, pushing people, opening packages, throwing items on the floor instead of placing them back on the shelves.
Staff didn't seem to care or know anything.
The bathrooms are not fit for use, they are by far the filthiest I have seen.
Human excrement on the bathroom floor and walls. Just disgusting.
Waited in line forever while this family in front of me were eating cookies straight from the bag before even paying.
No one here seems to have any class or manners. I truly hate this Walmart and only shop this location as it is close. Be sure to wash everything you buy here and don't buy perishable food items.
