This is a great pizza place. I have celiac disease and this was by far the best gluten free pizza I've had, hands down.

I ordered a pizza Tuesday July 25 at 6:04 p.m. Clerk took information down, but was really slow and had to keep repeating myself. They typically deliver within 45 minutes. At 7:05 p.m., I called back. Same clerk told me pizza has not been made yet and she "has no control" over when the delivery people pick it up. I told her she had 10 minutes to fix it or I was cancelling my order. At 7:18 p.m., call back...no pizza. I told her to cancel my order and not charge my credit card. At this point she used extremely foul language toward me which the site won't let me post, but included F bombs and calling me names, told me to "stop harassing her" and HUNG up on me. I called back one more time at 7:20 to let her know her customer service skills were sorely lacking and carried on. Watched my credit card statement for a few days and nothing...then on JULY 31 there was a posting from JULY 29 for my order....hmmm...is it possible there is a thief on the premises? I have contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge. We used to order from there quite frequently because although the pizza was quite mediocre, they were fast and it was consistent each time.
But now....NEVER AGAIN TOM'S....NEVER AGAIN. Terrible experience, pizza not great...and the joy of being a customer being sworn at with extremely foul language, hung up on and then stolen from. Well...all I can say is steer clear.

Earlier this year we ordered take out. One 12" All Meat & one 12" Greek with pepperoni. What we got was a greek pizza with a *sprinkle* of cheese & a meat pizza with NO CHEESE AT ALL. I have photos.
I'm not being excessively critical when I say this is garbage pizza.
Yes, I've been to NYC & had some pretty incredibly pizza....but I've also had some ok frozen pizzas. This pizza was absolutely NOT worth $51. It wasn't good pizza, it wasn't even mediocre pizza. I would pay $51 happily if it was delicious...this pizza is not delicious. These pizzas should be $20 for both.
Lastly, to my outrage, the pizzas aren't even 12" pizzas. They are barely 11" pizzas.
