Food was pretty good, service was good to start but tapered off. Pool tables are horrible, they are desperate need of new felt.

I've been a server for 7 years. I know there's some bad days and some good days. However, I do know one thing I have never done has been absolutely ignorant towards a customer because their menu was wrong. I will make something very clear here, there's a difference between a customer complaining and expecting their bill to be taken care of and then there's customers who let you know that you're advertising wrong. That's what happened here. My buddy and i had gone for food and drinks. In your menu, unfortunately I guess you had missed one of the sheets that were saying wings for 5$. Everyone makes mistakes and I know that being in a restaurant sometimes those sheets get missed and things happen. We unfortunately had the unpleasantry of being served by Kelsey. Everything was fine, until our bill came. All my buddy had asked was he thought wings were 5$ instead of 13$. He NEVER once asked for the price to be changed NOR did he ask for a manager NOR did he say he wasn't going to pay for his bill. All he stated was to make sure that, that sheet to be removed so other customers aren't misguided. I think he had a right to say that no? He was never once rude. Now this is where the terrible ignorant attitude of your server came out. She proceeded to get extremely rude, arguing and be down right snotty. Basically got to the point where she slammed her hand down on the table, ripped the reciept out of his way and stomped away, complaining saying she was going to pay for it. NEVER once did my buddy say he wanted her to do that. He even said she didn't have to pay for it, he would. But she decided to continue to be extremely rude. You DONT slam your hand down on a table, where the items on the table shake, because you're mad. You don't get to be a server and be okay with treating people like. I would understand if my buddy had been complaining and asking for discounts, etc, but never once did he do so. She comes back, slams my receipt on the table and hands him the machine and with a rude tone says "Here". My buddy said he appreciated what she had done and that she didn't have to do it and he was still willing to pay for it, to which she completely ignored him. I'm sorry, but no. You don't do that. Either she needs to find a job where she can have all the attitude she wants or she needs to realize that being respectful and calm is what is needed in the serving industry. I would have had a completely different approach on this, had he been different, but he was nice the entire time.
To top it off, once your finished helping your customers and them paying their bill, don't stomp away, chuck the machine onto a counter and complain to other customers about "stupid people".
I don't know if she was having a bad day, nor do I care after what she had done. Correct your attitude others you might not enjoy the reaction of the next customer you treats like absolute garbage.

Amazing food everytime we come and paired with amazing service. Never had a bad experience would highly recommend for drinks, lunch, or dinner.
