Pretty much the best Joey's in town. Great atmosphere, basically everyone has a good time. Consistently excellent service and great food. Good beers on tap. I prefer to know some beers before I get somewhere, so for anyone wondering, as of this writing I'm having Last Best IPA and Parallel 49 'wobbly pop' pale. Tool Shed, Okanagan Springs and Goose Island also on tap.

A friend and I went here for the first time the other night and were highly disappointed. We asked for no cilantro on our flatbread appetizer and we got: cilantro. The waitress did bring us a new one eventually but she still billed us for their mistake in the end.
My friend decided on a rotisserie chicken dish which I thought looked good but he immediately spit out his first bite because the staff doesn't string their peas. Needless to say, he did not eat those & his chicken ended up being tender but super bland.
I was a bit surprised because I had the ravioli with lobster and mine was definitely seasoned well. After the main meal, we opted out of dessert because my friend just wanted to leave. To top off his already pleasant mood - on the way out, a different waitress ran into him with a tray of drinks and didn't apologize.
All together: the restaurant was almost too loud to talk in, our waitress tried her best and the price was too high for the lack of quality control. We recommend going somewhere else as this was an experience we hope you won't have to relive.

We dropped in for a quick bite and drink, so we were only there for about 1 hour. We ordered some drinks off the happy hour (sonic gin and tonic and sangria) and then some appetizers from the menu. Our food was delicious, but our friends at the table didn't receive their fries for almost an hour. Service was okay; waitress was friendly, but she completely ignored us trying to flag her for a good 15-20 minutes to ask about the fries. Otherwise, everything was as expected.

Great specials on drinks until November. Happy hour cocktails for $2.75 to celebrate their 1999 opening. Always great food, solid service, and this location has free parking. It's a great upper-middle class dining place. I mean class as in grade. Not patrons. Casual attire is totally fine.

JOEY Barlow is always fast, quick and convenient apart from the drive. It feels that within minutes upon arriving regardless of Monday - Sunday they can find you a spot to sit down and eat. I feel that the quick seating is much faster then waiting in west-hills for either Earls or Moxie's. They have a great menu with many choices, note this is a restaurant though. The food comes out amazing, hot and ready. I have never had a problem anytime I have gone there and I got 3-4 times a month. The restaurant is great if you want to bring family, friends, spouses, and co-workers. Lights are dim and music is playing loud enough to hear around you but not loud enough for people to hear you. I think overall experience is great! ~~ sorry I have no photos.~~
