I have to put a rating, so unfortunately negative stars are not allowed. This place has more policies and restrictions than the liberal government. Whatever happened to customer service and satisfaction? The first word out of anyones mouth when you ask a question is "No, its our policy." Its the 2nd time in my life i have never left a tip ( I tip genrerously when i do). Unfriendly wait staff, too many restrictions and not a customer friendly environment.

I am someone that is a big regular. The food is great and the staff for the most part is good too.
I used to come here about once or twice a week and spend $40 each time or so. But when I statted having money problems and statrted spending around $15-30 the service towards me changed dramatically for the worse.
Once I started spending less the service got worse. Wrong orders, food not as warm, slow service and twice now the manager has either ripped me off by $20 or attempted to. The last time was very obvious and when I asked him about why I had something extra he acted like he knew I didn't order it but didn't take it off until I mentioned it.
So I'm done coming for awhile, you guys be cheap with me I'll return the favour.

Really enjoy this place. The staff are always nice and provide prompt service. Food is tasty and there's never a long wait. Family friendly too.

What went right...my kids enjoyed their food..good job cooks. What went wrong...everything else. Upon arrival several staff members were hoping around acting inappropriate for a work place. Waitress took forever to attend table. Waitress got one food order wrong and then denied it. Large group of staff standing around doing nothing but chit chatting. Over all not worth it. The management and owners need to do a complete overhaul on their staff.

Very tasty food and good service although the waitress took another table's order before ours despite us sitting first.
I don't like wings but my husband and 3 kids absolutely loved them! Their food is generous and very reasonably priced. Definitely recommend!
