Brutal service across the map. The order took 1:45 mins to deliver (yes a Saturday at 630 but still - delivery services are a dime a dozen). Pizza showed up as meat lovers, when we asked for vegetarian. Literally polar opposite.
The pies were ice cold.
Upon delivery, I made a mere suggestion that their phone reps need to recommend timeframes a little better. He told me to call and complain, then walked away and clearly told me and my wife to "go f*** ourselves".
Very unimpressed. Will never order Domino's again. These guys are absolutely pathetic. As a company, franchise, whatever.
I'll ensure everyone I know orders pizza pizza or something reputable going forward. With all the bs Domino's commercials basically saying they suck - you'd think they would get the message and better themselves. Instead they perform like garbage. Luckily there isn't a 0 star option.

I love the cheesy bread! It is nice to see there is a store opening up in West Brant across from No Frills. I am not sure when it opens but saw a sign there a couple days ago.

Best customer service and staff hands down. Tonight I recieved the utmost patience and was given fair treatment when their debit machines were down. Best pizza chain by far!

Bright, cheerful and entertaining, the staff looked happy while dancing and singing to music as they worked. This atmosphere is a pleasant change to the regular type of customer service. I liked it.
