Rating 4 star because they have a great atmosphere and good beer selection.
I had one of the best beers I’ve ever had in their ‘vault’. Very pricey, but well worth it.
Also had the taco platter and it was really well done.
Recommended for anyone living in Brantford/Paris.

My work partner and I stopped for lunch because it looked like a stack of shipping containers on the out side. Walk in, and boom. Absolutely beautiful inside, very warm looking. We tried the fish tacos and sweet potato fries, which were both delicious. 5/7 perfect score.

Great staff, cool atmosphere and great choices of beer and food. Food had great flavor but came out cold. We were surprised how fast it came which made it being cold confusing. With all the other restaurants to choose from we probably won't return. Again.... Staff was great "Bre"!

This place is one of my new favourites! We have been here many times since it has opened and have never been disappointed. I absolutely love all the in house made stuff like the ketchup and mustard for example. I recommend the cured meat tray to share with a few people and then a burger. The cured meats are awesome and it also comes with pretzel bread with cheese sauce for dipping and some pickled vegetables. Burger and bun made in house too. Very fresh. Awesome place!

I have been here twice, once during the busiest time of their day and the other when there was almost no one in the restaurant. Both times I was warmly welcomed by the hostess and she sat us quickly. The first experience: we had one of the very servers I have ever had in my life, honestly he was personable and funny. He was very busy but that was okay because he was honest with us and ensured we were taken care of. The food was outstanding and the house made ketchup is something to die for. The second experience: my girlfriend and I went on a date here and we got a booth to ourselves and the restaurant was not busy at all. Our server was friendly, but not as good as the server from the visit prior. She was formal and informative and we were able to have a great experience with her. She was more lively by the end of the visit, and she sold us on all of our options, which made deciding harder. But she was professional and knowledgeable of all the menu items we were interested in and even made insightful suggestions. The pictures of the food are attached to this review, and just a side note: the salmon is not broken when served, my girlfriend couldn't wait to start eating because it looked so good. I highly recommend this restaurant. Also, to boot, there are incredible beer options here that go above and beyond my expectations.
