Currently at Kelseys. It's clearly not a child friendly restaurant. My children asked for crayons and the waitress snarled back at them we don't have crayons. When she came back with our drinks I inquired why they had no crayons and she again snarled cause the 2nd day after out 1,000,000 renovation a child coloured all over a booth. Didn't feel welcomed with my kids. If u are looking for a kid family DO NOT GO THERE.

Disappointed. We came in at an off-peak time (around 8:30pm on a weeknight) and were seated right away... but then it took around 10 minutes for our server to acknowledge we were there. No apology or acknowledgement about the wait. There were 4-5 other tables seated in the entire restaurant. Our server was friendly enough but everything took so long. Our food came out about 45 minutes after we arrived, so about a half hour after we ordered, since by the time our server came around we already knew what we wanted. It was decent, but nothing special. Another 10 minutes to get the bill after sitting there with empty plates for almost another ten. Unlikely that we'll be back unless something changes dramatically.

DELICIOUS! This restaurant is by far my favorite in Brantford. I love their selection of appetizers and my all time favorite entree is the buffalo chicken ceasar wrap--seriously, you've GOT to try it! Service has always been exceptional. I prefer sitting in the booths in the bar area. If you want an amazing server, ask for Esther!

I've been here several times now and I've never had an issue. The foods great, good prices, fast service and everyone who works there is wonderful. Their spinach dips really good, and I love a rare steak, usually restaurants mess it up, not here. Jordan the kitchen manager came out to ask how everything was, thought that was awesome. We had Mary as a waitress twice and shes really nice. Will be coming back.
