My cat was hit by a car (happy ending, he was fine) a couple years ago. Some scratches and sprains. They were very courteous and acommodating. I was noticebily shaken, as I didn't bring him into the vet, and a bystander who witnessed had taken him here. They allowed me to see him as soon as the could, and we're incredibly patient while I essentially harassed them for updates. They made me aware he was OK by all appearances, and presented me options without it feeling like they were trying to "gouge" me. Thanks for keeping my buddy in good health

Very caring and compassionate. They explain everything and when I had a question when I got home after they treated my cat, they even called me back to make sure my fur baby was okay. Best animal hospital around.

Dr. Burns is a great veterinarian, we have been using the Belleville hospital for 20+ years with out any issue.

Horrible.. compete over charging .. vets never returns your calls... and they don't diagnosis properly lies to get your money !
