Food was good, the hostess was nice, even though there was a little wait, they were very nice. Server, unfortunately was not great. He seemed distracted, and not attentive. We couldn't get refills on our drinks, because he just kept rushing by. A different person brought us our food, he didn't check in with us. We waited 15 minutes after eating to get the bill, and it was just awkward silence while we waited for the machine to process. Disappointed for my sons birthday dinner, we didn't bother staying for dessert, because we were so thirsty, and figured if we never got any drinks, never mind getting the dessert!

Always loved eating here but it's nothing like it used to be.
The menu has no pictures..so you don't know what some Mexican things are.
So many good items have been removed from the menu.. the greet selection is basically gone.
I remember when the fajitas would come out sizzling!!! Now they come out warm and the rice on the end is dried out and crunchy 😛
Charging for the chips and salsa just makes it look like you're only in for the almighty dollar.
I won't be back.

We just left lone star where I was dining as a single parent with my two sons. I didn't realize that my eight year old wasn't feeling so great until he threw up all over our booth and the floor trying to get to the bathroom. Our waiter, Bronson, was so kind. He joked with my son about the mess while he cleaned up the floor and I cleaned the booth and my son. Bronson even went and got my son a shirt to wear home that I think actually belonged to him personally. I was so grateful for his compassion because it was a hugely embarrassing situation that was beyond my control but it could have been worse if Bronson wasn't so lighthearted about the whole thing. So from an extremely overwhelmed mom, I thank you for your kindness.

I thought the service was good, and the food tasty. Generally satisfied. Although the high table with the tall chairs on the patio was a bit too high .. feel like I was reaching up to my food.

Decent food with excellent appetizer chips. Nice gluten free options for the celiac in our family. Do not bother if am vegetarian. Only a single vegetarian option but we knew that going in. The fahita shells were bland though.
