Cheap and great service. 4 other rental places I called did not have any cars available and they were the big guys too like enterprise and stuff.

TJ at the front desk was EXTREMELY helpful, professional, and polite. He called to make sure we were still in need of the rental (we were late in arriving to pick it up) and then had everything ready for a fast rental. The car is in great shape and he was able to switch our date to accommodate us, with a smile! We will definitely use Budget when we are in Canada next summer!

So tomorrow I have to return my rental. There was a little mix up picking up a car on Friday but the problem was resolved immediately! I want to thank the person that looked after me..Because of my situation I was treated with great respect and my car was upgraded as mine was not in at the time. It was a bonus for me! I got to take a brand new BMW to London to visit my daughter! I don't want to return it tomorrow! Thanks again for everything! My trip was amazing and I got to drive in style! Definitely would recommend this company! Also the rates were cheaper than other places!

Although they did not have any cars available, the Branch person whose name I did not get, was very professional even reaching out to other competitors for cars and eventually gave me a ride at no charge to the VIA train station,
