I've been addicted to their Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese wraps for years now. Everything tastes fresh, the staff are friendly and efficient, and there's a fair amount of seating in the bright gallery - though it can get busy at lunch time because of the proximity to the court house and city hall. During the warmer months the Massie Sculpture Garden doubles as a patio. And yes, the cafe is licensed.
