DO NOT use this cab service I called a cab a half hour ago to get to work and I was told 10 mins 40 minutes later I’m late for work this ridiculous worst cab company ever

Had a ride to the restaurant. A gentleman that looked like Santa Claus :) was very wonderful and patient. Thank you. When we called again it stopped at the guy who answered the phone. We are not from barrie so I don't know the address of the college residence. This guy hummed and hawed. It seemed like I was wasting his time. Honestly. Not impressed. Rather rude. Hence why two stars. If it wasn't for the first gentleman it would have been one star. Called barrie taxi and they were professional. Polite and their computer told me when they left for me and arrived when picking me up. Now that's efficient. Thanks barrie taxi

The dispatcher was pleasant. Asked for a cab to be at my house at 8:10. He said he would tell the driver 8:05 to make sure. I leave the house and the cab is there. I get in and the driver says "you're lucky, I called you and I was just about to leave." The clock on his dash read 8:03. And the phone rang as I left the a house. Why would you be ready to leave 2 minutes before you were told to even be here and 7 minutes before I asked for them to be here? Don't get me wrong, it could have been a lot worse, but come on. At least wait a couple of minutes after the designated time and at least a minute or two after calling. Can also wreaked of cigarette smoke. Otherwise, no complaints.

I use the taxi to get me to and from school on Snow Days.
One time, my Car #23 driver went the wrong way on a clearly marked clockwise loop. He then, blocking traffic head on, began to write me a receipt. Dropping me off in the middle of the road, I knew he didn't know what he was doing. Although he was very, very friendly, it's common knowledge that taxi drivers should know how to drive.
There was a taxi called for my school at the end of the day, and Deluxe Taxi completely deleted it. I called them up, and 15 minutes later, I had myself a cab. Very nice driver, I might add. And yet, he couldn't do basic subtraction. Here's a question for you: If I have $20.00, and if my ride costs $14.00, how much change do I get? If you answered $4.00, you're dead wrong, just like my driver. I then proceeded to tell him "Isn't it $6.00?". He then, with his Harvard-ready math skills, determined that I had to give him a townie, and he would give me a $5.00 bill. Wait, no. $5.00 and $2.00 make $7.00, not $6.00! He failed to understand that, so I, at age 13, had to tell a 30-year-old how to do math. Great training the drivers must have here!
While booking my taxi, I found that the receptionist at the phone is very incompetent and cannot even give time estimates as to when my taxi will arrive. You also can't hear a word she says without turning your phone up to full volume.
My final thought to you is don't use this taxi service. ☹️
