Had an appointment booked for 11:15 ... No staff at the office until after 12:30 ... When they finally showed up and unlocked the doors, all I got was a sorry, I can re-book you for later today. Wasted two hours of my day. I bet if I missed an appointment I would have been charged a fee.

Marcin, and his team are second to non. I would recommend them above anyone. I have gone to many physiotherapists over the years, and not one has made me feel like they were making every effort to heal me, until I went to Marcin and his team of professionals. On top of this, they are always friendly and courteous. Their customer service is topnotch.

My Groupon was expiring Sep 14, I called and left a message. It is now Sep 20 and I still haven't had a call back. So I called back tonight, low and behold a british or australian accented gentleman answered thd phone and I told him about above and that I had left a message Sep 14 and it was now Sep 20 and he said "So!!!!" and then he said "what can I help you with". I told him that now my 3 vouchers had expired and he told me that Barrie wasn't doing any groupons and that I would have to pay regular price of $89. He said Newmarket had some groupons so I called Newmarket as I was willing to travel 45 minutes each way, and the same guy answered and told me very rudely that my groupons had expired and there was nothing they could do. Talk about great customer service, NOT.

Very dedicated staff Marcin and his team are fantastic! Very friendly! Was recommended to this place by a friend and I'm very happy and will recommend to anyone who is needing of physiotherapy! Working on my way to recovery! Thank you Marcin and your team!

I have found that this team provides conscientious care to clients. They educate you to work at improving your condition. I am impressed with how they have treated me and I understand more about my condition since visiting this group.
