Friendly and quick receptionists. With kind and competent therapists, it's also extremely convenient to have so many varied therapists in one place.

I visited this practice for a 2.5-month span for a pinched nerve in the neck or back shoulder area. The acupuncture therapist that I started to see was very sweet and did try her best to correct the problem. After 2.5 months, and 12 visits at $85.00 per visit, I had voiced my concerns that, although improving slightly, I was not getting the results I needed unless, perhaps, I devoted a year to these sessions and costs. The last appointment I had with the therapist, was a 20-minute appointment to discuss other options which included mostly discussion and a 7-minute neck and shoulder rub. The therapist mentioned I would not be charged for the visit but when I approached the cash desk, I was told you were with her for the half hour minimum and you pay for the half hour without her taking a moment to discuss it with the therapist at all as I requested. I had voiced my short session and my concerns with that therapy not working for me. The woman at the cash, the woman with the office, the owner or manager I assume. She was so rude and dismissive with my thoughts and feelings, I was discussed! And my concerns were not any concern of hers!
Long and short, I did book another session there with a massage therapist and chiropractic to try to switch it up before I left but, the more I thought about how rude she was and how I felt so dismissed, I decided not to return there at all.
Only 2 sessions later at a new facility and I fell so much better and much more educated with my physical problem. I feel like I have people that care more about me and my problem rather than, in my opinion, the cash cow & cash register I experienced there. Again, the therapist was great and did try her best.
P.S. their Facebook page screens their reviews so expect only the positive to shine through!
