I would have to say that I have got the worst customer service I have ever got with this company one they wanted to charge $2000.00 more then other company's. I have had insurance with them for a few years and when my plan was running out they sent me a email to remind me I sent back a question asking when and nothing no email or response so my insurance expired, Then I was told to find a different insurance company after mine ran out and I was driving with none since it was the weekend. Nice service, not. Instead of trying to make me a happy customer they were totally rude. If you want better rates and better service contact a different insurance company you will get better service then this company that for sure and likely a better rate as well.
