Worst experience ever !!!
Went into get a filling done. I had my cellphone stolen from another patient while in xrays. Manager Shannon rudely saying to me how rediculous to leave my phone in an unattended area!!!! After making scene to call police and report theft!!! a patient locking up her bike (claims she found it by her bike when leaving) but people in waiting room heard phone ringing!! Made police report for other items stolen (altima dental claims they cannot release patients name to police)

one of those place You pay the good money and get the poor service ever. I had small cavity & filling on the back of my tooth next to canine.the doctor was in some kind of rush ,from one room to other also texting on the cellphone .I did not feel well with the filling at all and it was rough, today in less than a month the filling came out from the area without any direct pressure on it.I am not going there again.
one of those place You pay the good money and get the poor service ever. I haven't been to a dentist in a long time due to anxiety, Dr. Ali was amazing and his assistant, they were very empathetic with my fear and anxiety, patient and removed my wisdom tooth quickly and painless... loved my experience I have found my new family dentist. Their reseptionist was very friendly and helpful as well :-)

Went here to get my wisdom teeth removed, found out after everything healed that the dental surgeon screwed up my mouth nerves with his butcher job of ripping out my wisdom teeth. now i cant feel half of the inside of my mouth and tongue. I'll be like this for the rest of my life thanks to them.

I would highly NOT recommend these guys. They kept me waiting for a while for the dentist. He quickly jumps from patient to patient. You can tell these guys are all about making money and care little for your well-being. The dentist recommended many fillings and procedures. I got a 2nd opinion from another dental clinic and they told me none of the procedures except one was needed. These guys overcharge your insurance provider as well, so if you do decide to go confirm each charge they put through to your insurance provider. Stay away from these guys, there are much better dentists in town.
