The doctors are very knowledgeable, and get straight to the point if your appointment is at 3:30 they will get you in right away. I took my dog in today and I got all my questions answered and everything was laid out for me like costs and reasons why they were prescribing things to my dog. Over all a good experience. They don't get enough credit

We have been taking our 4 dogs here since our move back to BC & picking up a dog at the big dog rescue. They are reasonable in pricing and give expert information, recommendations, and pricing, when helping us plan pet care for our aging & healthy dogs. They really where great when we were forced to put our slightly > 14 yr old dachshund down. Kind, caring, and helpful. I feel my fur babies are in good hands and trust the vets do the best for our family.
We have been taking our 4 dogs here since our move back to BC & picking up a dog at the big dog rescue. Dr Benipal has been very compassionate and very professional healing my dogs for the last nine years. He and his staff have taken excellent care of my dogs and have come in in the middle of the night when my dogs were having an emergency. When I didn't have enough money to pay for the whole procedure he said don't worry about it. I paid him next payday and he was shocked and grateful. Would gladly recommend him and his staff.

This is in response to Mr Huston, as I received the call at 4:30 am and I did answer the call even so early, I recommended what was best for his pet, to take him to the emergency clinic and the the Vet onsite would examine Romeo and provide the treatment. I am sorry you have to go through that but that was best for your pet to see the emergency vet.
