Pharmacy is open 24 hours so it's busy often prescriptions take at least an hour so if your organized it's not so bad.

Made me feel like a shop lifter, said I had to leave items up at the front counter when asked why, they said it was "protocol".... for what??? Many times this shoppers has forgotten to refill my meds by calling my doctor and I have had to go days without. Whatever you do, don't go here, lady in cosmetics will talk down to you and make feel belittled as well. Horrible experiences. Never going back.

Really slow at the pharmacy looks like they cater to the off hour people putting them into the victim category. Thereby not much for customer service because they don't need that. So the first thing one will observe is as a victim aproches the pharmacy counter the store staff will look away or turn their backs to you and so the waiting begins. Then they will ignore you and it appears that they are always hopeful that you may choose to leave (their first best option) Then after five to twenty minutes later begrudgingly someone will appoch you at the till and begin to ask if there isn't someway that we could all avoid this. All answers will be something like we're pretty busy and this will take a whole lot more time than usual. If you don't leave then they will suggest to come the next day or so and they will call sometime during the next few days to let you know that your order is completed. And round and round they go. I'd suggest that if you're not trapped by time to simply go elsewhere. You will be doing the staff there a favor as well as yourself.

Treated very poorly by the store manager (I believe that's who he was/is) and one of the security guys (is new and works nights). I realize that I may not look like what you expect a respectable and law-abiding citizen to look like, but Do Not judge me by my appearance or by my always wearing headphones and not wanting to speak to you. I am there to shop! and to Pay for my items, Not steal them!

Had two very helpful experiences with post office staff. I lost my tracking number. I called today and the worker went out of her way to help me find my lost tracking number. And the day I delivered this package the male employee was so friendly and helpful. I've always liked this shoppers drug mart for their helpful staff. I drive across town to use this one.
