I've spent 5 nights here while checking out the temples and everything else siem reap has to offer. Really happy with the accommodations and staff at Lynnaya. The bed is comfy, bathroom is large and most toiletries are supplied, I had a cozy balcony, included breakfast was decent, and most of all the staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to greet me and see if I needed anything. Only complaint I could have is that the laundry service is somewhat pricey and per garment but it is full service so that's to be expected. There are cheap laundromats within easy walking distance if you really need to do a load.
Pub street and the night market are a less than 10 minute walk and it's easy to get back to given it's river side location. Lots of choices for food on either side of the hotel and grasshopper events is right round the corner if you want to rent a bicycle. Safe area from what I saw as well.

Had a wonderful experience staying at Lynnaya. The staff was very friendly and always prioritised our comfort. It's also placed at a great location; just minutes away from the night market and pub street.

Really enjoyed my time there. We were treated well, the staff was very helpful and accommodating. They even managed to organize us a day tour to the temples within 45 minutes.

Beautiful rooms with fresh fruit welcome gift. Nice beds, excellent shower with shampoo and conditioner. Truly lovely infinity pool with plenty of lounge chairs, bar and poolside service. Try fresh coconut and ask them to cut the top and give you a spoon to eat the inside, $3.50 usd including service charge. excellent room service with $7-8 usd entrees. Included breakfast buffet is excellent with made to order omelets and a wide variety of options changing daily. Good location, ask for a quiet room. Paying a little extra for garden view means by the pool which is surrounded by tall green plants. This is an intimate boutique hotel, no large groups, no noise, would definitely stay here again.
