Hotel is nice in general and has most amenities a big hotel brand should have. However it is lacking simple consideration and convenience of a 5* hotel.
For example, there are no power sockets near the bedside, the room has a bad moist smell, power sockets are not working, mosquitoes in the room, etc.
Definitely has many areas to improve on.
p.s. just killed q mosquito while writing the review.

The hotel is located on a main road of Siem Reap, not far away from the city centre. The hotel is beautiful and atypical with a mix of Cambodian and modern architecture. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel has a large swimming pool, few restaurants and an excellent service.

Great international standard 5 star hotel;
Staffs are all helpful and positive attitude.
Location is in between the Angkor wat & city centre, not bad!
Room is spacious, clean, tidy, and well maintained;
Hotel service is superb, even prepared me a special cake to celebrate my birthday during my stay. That's wonderful.
Breakfast is great, lots of choices of different food and live cooking station,
But be careful don't put yourself at similar time period of Chinese tour groups.... these people are just loud and swiping every single plates away....
Huge outdoor pool! Quite enjoyable.
Saturday night beer event is very fun! you can enjoy some beer and street food at outside garden, all people welcome.
A bit pricey comparing to the surrounding hotels though, but I think it somewhat worth it.

Food Factory every Saturday night is marketed to expats and Khmers all over town but not really affordable. They only had one food item at $1 and two at $2. A hot dog was $4!! At least the rice was free and beer only $1. No free water. Entertainment was good.
