Our stay in this hotel is superb. The foods are great and the staffs are so accommodating. Will definitely stay again in this hotel on my next trip.

The staff was incredibly friendly. They were on time picking us up from the airport. Mr. Chan helped us organize our tour and he remembered us and checked in with us every day. Really great man. The breakfast buffet had options for vegetarians and variety every morning. Some of the staff does not speak English too well but we were able to communicate regardless.

I stayed here for about a week with family for a holiday and it was great. The hotel had all necessary facilities and rooms were very clean, tidy and serviced often. The hotel staff were very friendly and made us very comfortable as well; sometimes engaging in small chat and always greeting guests with a smile. The hotel was situated close to markets and tourist spots which was also very convenient. My only complaint is that the gym was a bit small and stuffy and the internet was sometimes slow but really, those are irrelevant when compared to the great service and comfortable stay.

Everything was perfect starting from the complimentary airport pick-up all the way to our final airport drop-off. The service was exceptional. The entire staff was very responsive to our needs. They assisted us every step of the way in order to make our stay in Siem Reap as pleasurable as possible. The hotel facilities were also great. Everything was exceptionally clean. Also, the pool is located in between the cafe and bar which makes it convenient for ordering food and drinks. The only thing I suggest is adding a mini fitness center. Overall, this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. I would definitely stay here again in the future when visiting Siem Reap. I would also highly recommend this to anyone visiting. Keep up the great work!
