It is a bit old, but makes up for having very good room size in a quiet area of the town. There is a nice and clean swimming pool. AC wasn't very cold and in room wifi signal is almost non existence. Most rooms have a small balcony overlooking the garden/pool. Beware of mosquitoes at night if you choose to access the balcony.
The bed sheet has stains and there are holes at the bed cover. A bit disgusting. My 3 stars are for the room size and good swimming pool.
It also means it's a bit far from town center aka Old Town/Pub Street, requiring tuktuk transfer. I would prefer staying at the other side of the river in my next trip.

The place is great! ! !
It is quiet, comfy, great smilling services and sociable from staffs and also a petite pool. everythings were together enjoyable. There are welcoming driver, great services, great experience and some time you may don't want toure guide.
It's absolutely lovely place to stay and highly recommended!

The room is nice but there is alot of mosquito. The area is abit far from the central area. The WIFI is super bad. I could not use wifi inside the room. Wifi is seriously needed to improve. Pool is nice by the way!

The worst experience ever! The restaurant was always dirty and our room had a leaking in the bathroom and the receptionist refused to change our room even though the hotel was empty

Friendly staff, great pool. Only issue is the mosquitos seem to be prominent on the first floor rooms. Our friends were on the second floor and didn't have a problem
