Don''t go there. We were 3 people, we had negociated for three massages for 50 USD (up to 58) 2 massages for 1h and 1 for 2 hours, the first woman said yes.
After the first hour, my friends had finished their massage and the woman at the cashier said 58 USD, she said it is the price, not less. I was doing my massage when I needed to stop, my friends told me to stop and to go right now because the woman was not kind at all !
Well, moreover, the massage bed are very old, it is only simple bed, very old. Massage are not good, quite strong even if we chose soft massage.
My advice: Just after the SK Massage, you have the White Lotus. This one was the best massage ever ! People are very nice, structures are very new, massage are well done ! I really recommend this one !!!!
For the SK, I banned this one for the rest of my life. Worst experience ever.

Quiet, clean. Perfect location when you're wandering around the night market /bar area in the city. Came back twice.

We arrived very tired from Canada and all 6 of us (3 couples) went to this gem of a place close to our hotel- Queen Grand Boutique hotel, a few times during our great vacation in Cambodia.
It's more of a spa than like a regular massage places that are all over Phnom Peng.
The owner speaks perfect English and most of the masseuses speak enough to get by.
The first nite we walked in we just tried a 30 min Foot massage and we were all in cloud 9 and had a super sleep that nite.
We returned again 2 days later and got the full treatment- A 60 minute oil massage Asa well as added on the half hour foot massage.
It was the right decision.
Prices are less than half of the hotel prices but the treatment is equal or better.
Hot water and lemon foot bath before the massage and and after the end was the icing on the cake.
Don't miss this SK Relax Massage if you are looking for a nice, safe spa for a super massage!
