The menu was in English and Khmer, but the prices were written only in Khmer so if you don't know how to read Khmer numbers, you can either try to ask the waiters/waitresses (minimal English), or just be adventurous and find out what it cost when the bill comes. I was able to get a decently-sized plate of chicken curry - lots of green peppers and cucumbers - rice, and Coke for just $5. Nothing outstanding about the taste, but for $5 and a nice atmosphere, it wasn't bad.
