Great location. I paid $6 (list price is $8) for a fan room. It used to be a very clean guesthouse (I've stayed here 3 times). Rooms are now neglected and the cleaning seems to consist of running a mop over the floor and changing the sheets, everything else is ignored (bathroom tiles, sink etc...).
Restaurant is pleasant place to sit outside, but the staff do not appreciate being inconvenienced with food or drink requests.

A little dingy but nice enough and worth the extra 7 Bucks for a view of the Mekong River

Cheap cheap cheap. Cheap eats on the river front. It's really good value for what you pay.

The rooms are great value for money, the restaurant is excellent and the staff is super friendly. Best accommodation in Cambodia so far - totally recommended!
