Driver had no idea where address was. Wanders around for 15 minutes and then drops me in the wrong place. Wouldn't recommend this company at all.

Awful...awful service! Denied 2 times a ride in the cold, midnight-ish, because of a small dog, which just sits in the lap of their owner! I explained that the puppy would not even touch their seats, but was denied service! Wow!

If you are a tourist, OK Taxi WILL rip you off. They WILL massively overcharge you. Don't be fooled even for a second by their "risk free service" or the fares posted on the window of their office.
One of their drivers tried to charge me 30 levs for a taxi from Varna airport to the center (about 8km) which is about 200% overpriced. He told me that the rates on the window were for "inside the city", which is a lie, and is also illegal.
I simply told him "no" and gave him 10 levs (still too much), but he refused to give me my luggage. I gave him 15 levs in the end and have never used an OK Taxi again.
Before you use any taxi in Bulgaria, check the rate card, thoroughly. It should be no more than 0.89 BGN per km, with a per-minute charge of about 0.25 and maybe a minimum fare of 0.99. A mostly-decent taxi company is Triumf taxi.
DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, USE OK TAXI.
I emailed a complaint to OK Taxi and Varna Airport management but of course nobody cares.
If you are coming from Varna Airport, simply wait for the bus (409) which takes you straight into Varna center (near bul. Slivnitsa) and costs just 1 lev + 1 lev for suitcases. About 30x cheaper than OK Taxi's robbery service.
