For its price, it's a very adequate hotel that is difficult to complain about. Quality of service and rooms is similar to many much more expensive hotels I've stayed at.

Nice quiet hotel near Sofia's centre. Close to metro station and mall of Sofia, friendly stuff. We got room upgrade for free and without even ask for that. Our room was convinient and clean. Breakfast was nice too

First of all, to get it out of the way, this hotel is not impressive from the outside. The area where it is located is run down and grim. The rooms are dated and rather impersonal, but they are clean and comfortable. The bathroom was recently redone and nice. Breakfast was quite tasty, and the staff is really polite and friendly. This is a basic but pleasant hotel.
