Aging hôtel. 2 of the the 3 bar are closed. Same with the restaurants only one open. Unfriendly and unhelping staff. Room and bathroom are good with a lot of space.

Overpriced. Unique salt pool but most of the spa did not work.

The room is OK though maintenance should be improve. I had issues three times with my key card. The receptionists are not very helpful in terms of providing directions to as much as a convenience store. It's almost next door but they pointed me the other way. The gym is decent but the equipment is rather old. Expect tons of mosquitos since you're next to a lake.
Also, what bothered me the most was the fact that they advertise free wifi but make it unbearably slow to force you to upgrade to the faster one. That's false advertising in my opinion.
