The hotel is relatively nice for the category: somewhere between 3/4 stars.
- rooms and the bathroom are clean
- tv available, LCD 32'
- quiet
- no bed bugs
- very nice wallpaper, looks and feels like silky

CONS
- the breakfast was modest variety but enough: tomato and cucumber, horrible olives, limited selection of salami, oats, orange juice only, water, ness coffee, cream
- receptions are not smiling, but are formal
- nice location, "happy" restaurant chain nearby, supermarket also
- 10 min walk from the bus stop
- save location

It's clean, it has big rooms and comfortable beds, but is not a 5 star hotel at all.

I wouldn't recommend this place to stay in Plovdiv. Ofcource it has good location, but the furniture in the rooms is old and you can see the low maintenance everywhere in the hotel. There are many other better places to stay in Plovdiv for the same price. The staff is polite but this is not enough.
For convention purposes the hotel is good but I would not recommend it for other activities.
