Good hotel, nice stuff, very good breakfast, among the better ones we had in a week in Bulgaria. Good massage therapist. And great value for money. Pretty far from the center so you would probably might need to add the cost of the cabs, but it is not too expensive or bad.

NIce hotel with great location in a quiet area of Plovdiv. However their so called SPA was closed when we asked the lady there. Saunas weren't working and the jacuzzi had "technical problems". The pool was overcrowded and dirty with cats running around. The cleaning ladies didn't clean our room properly as the bottle of water was half empty from the guests before us.

Lovely location on the outskirts of Plovdiv.
From the moment I arrived I was impressed by the courteous and attentive staff .
The room was very clean and well appointed, comfortable bed well stocked bathroom.
I ate in the downstairs bistro.
Once again excellent service and very good food.
All in all a pleasurable experience.

It's more than a 4 stars hotel. Everything was perfect. They offered us a free upgrade to a superior room with amazing creek view. Spacious room, great bed and bathroom. No hairdryer, it's the only missing thing. Exceptional breakfast and helpful staff.
