The noise is awful... The room is without heating, only in the bathroom they have heat... So for the same money you can stay in a proper room.

Good value for money,clean spacious apartment. A bit far from the center,bad swimming pool.

complaints: we are a married couple and got twin beds which kept separating in the middle. The food at dinner 1 night was cold. There was no room cleaning 1 day. The wi_fi was poor in the room, we only had a connection by the door. It was disappointing that drinks were not served at dinner_ at least water would have been nice. The main reason we chose your hotel was for the meals. We saved a lot of money not eating at restaurants. We liked your dry sauna and steam bath. One negative comment regarding the staff was 1 member who didn;t believe my husband was a student even after he showed his student (it;s his second university); but the reaction was bizarre and unprofessional.
