Amazing hotel and spa. The atmosphere is good and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is on level.
I think this is the best hotel and spa in Bansko Bulgaria.

One of the best hotels in Bansko. The food is very various, especially the breakfast. The apartments are luxurious. The SPA center is the very good. I love it. I highly recommend this place for staying.

Its offered as a 4 star hotel, its not. This standard is done by them self. The rooms are.small, with no balcony(some has it, but with no furniture) The parking is not safe, garden and pool closed. The hotel was under construction and they wanted to sell the rooms full price ! They said like : you know.sir now.its not the season ...
If its.not.the season time, you shouldn't even work, not selling the rooms 80 euro per night !
However the staff was the saddest part of it. The food at the restaurant poor quality. We didn't even managed to get us to the spa, we left it. People said they have a good spa, I doubt it!

One of my favorite places! I have visited the hotel both during winter and summer time. The Spa area is 10/10 , the best in Bulgaria. Food is very good 9/10 and the outdoor pool is renovated, large enough and with perfect atmosphere also 10/10. Every room has a fridge, tv and air conditioning. If you haven't been in the hotel until now, do it you will not regard it.

Not recommended if you're looking for some peace and quiet. There is constant construction work starting at 8am! The food is great but the rooms are regularly not cleaned or restocked. Indoor pool in spa area is small, dirty and always packed full of kids, same with the outdoor pool, to which only all-inclusive guests have access. It's also miniature and a "no food and drinks" zone.
