Freakishly diverse and multicultural place. It's a karaoke bar, you pay 15 BRL to enter, and there is a 2 BRL fee per music sang. Eats and drinks are neither cheap nor too expensive.

Went here last night...my wife ordered a couple drinks from the server who never returned the piece of paper that records all your orders. Tried to reason with the place but was told to pay $250R, otherwise I could not leave. Basically was held against my will and forced to pay the money for the food and drinks that I did not receive. What a scam! Avoid Chopperia Liberdade. There are much nicer and cleaner places. This place should be out of business. POS.
