Worst hôtel ever. Check-in at 2 am: 1 hour. The night auditor didnt know how to do it. No bottle of water in the room and dirt and hair in the shower

A nice, simple hotel located in the Barra district of Salvador. The locals do not recommend walking around at night, so rh convenient location was only useful during the day. The rooms are no-fuss; a nice bed, clean shower, dorm like decor. The staff are friendly and will try hard to overcome any language barrier. There are no safes in the hotel rooms or at the front desk; and Salvador is known for pickpockets, so be aware.
