Reservar? Pra que? Não respeitaram a minha reserva numa comemoração muito especial.Fiz uma reserva para comemorar o aniversário de minha mãe. Fui atendida pela Lira que foi super atenciosa e atendeu minha solicitação. Queria uma mesa com vista . No dia 18, tive um imprevisto e liguei dizendo que atrasaria talvez 30 min se poderiam segurar a mesa. O rapaz que atendeu disse que não porque essas mesas eram muito disputadas e eram ocupadas conforme a chegada dos clientes. Não atrasei, e quando cheguei e dei o nome o recepcionista me levou para sentar noutra mesa e havia uma mesa pra vista vazia, escrito reservada com o número de lugares que eu havia reservado. Falei com o garçon que me atendeu muito bem e disse que falaria com o metre pra vir até a nossa mesa ou o recepcionista. Bem o Metre não veio, e sim o recepcionista, nesse meio tempo chegaram outras pessoas e sentaram na mesa, ainda tiveram que colocar mais mesas. Depois disse o recepcionista veio e disse que eu que sentei na mesa sem vista pq eu quis. Disse q ele que não, ele me levou pra sentar lá. Enfim não fizeram NADA. Como ele viu que fiquei chateada, na saída o Metre veio até ajudar minha mãe que dificuldade de locomoção. Fiquei super chateada pq minha irma veio de Florianópolis para o Rio e estava super animada para comemorar conosco lá. Enfim achei que o atendimento deixou a desejar.

Bad service!
When we arrived and was given a table, we where informed that this table was taken by someone waiting in the bar.
This restaurant do not meet the standards I am used to be treated in the same price class. Do not bother to enter this place, Rio have much better to offer.

when we got the restaurant we were waiting for something really expensive. but it wasn't at all. the prices were similar to other places in Rio. we asked for ribs, a mojito and a coffee. we just paid BR$82. it was enough for two us. (supper). it isn't cheap, but I paid more in worse places. the view there is really nice, and the room is good enough (in Rio is common small places totally crowded with tables), but the food, it isn't fancy. So I recommend the place for a quite dinner and Beautiful view.

English level is poor, prices are very high, the appetizers were horrible and can be found better at any street kitchen in Rio, and to top it, the aircondition is trying its best to give you a cold. What can you expect? Don't know why we went in there, but just don't.
