The Ibis hotel is inside of Nova América Shopoing. It's a safe place with public transport for all places.

The staff was so kind , the room had adequate size, the restaurant inside was helpful and the location was excellent, near UFRJ.

That is the second time in this IBIS, and on. Oath there were sono sort of issue, this time there was no cleaning done on the room even after the room
Stay empty the whole day, I had to request the clean to be done.
And the last time on the same place, they refused to give me extra pillows.

It was nice spending nights for around two weeks. Cleaning and maintenance was good, like everyday. Hotel attendants were nice, although they don't speak English, but it's okay as very rare people in Brazil speaks English. So it's not their fault.
One problem I faced was last two days was Wi-Fi issue. But the hotel attendant told that thieves had stolen the cable wire due to which the whole building is suffering. Not sure whom to blame for this problem.
And one suggestion, televisions there was having very limited channels, mainly Portuguese. Kindly make few English channels available as well.
