É uma bela Praça que foi dada de presente a cidade de Porto Alegre pela província de Shiga (Japão). O que está faltando na Praça é manutenção e revitalização. Mesmo assim ainda é um ótimo lugar pra visitar.

Meu Deus pra um lugar Tão pequeno mas que te possibilita uma enorme experiência pro set tao bonito e Ass foto la parece um paraíso tem até uma pequena cachoeira

It is indeed a beautiful park, although really small. On the weekends, unfortunately, there are too many people using it as a photo shoot location (very annoying as they are selfish and don't realise the park is not theirs), so I wouldn't recommend going on Saturday or Sunday if you have options. It's definitely worth visiting. You don't have to pay, but observe the opening hours as it closes at lunch time.
