The beds are wonderful and the gym and pool very cute with wonderful views of a little claustrophobic. The breakfast is average sand not much food for a vegan or veggie but the staff are very sweet. Don't try to get any work done though or get online as internet is terrible throughout the building. I had to use 3G the whole time.

The room is OK, bed Good, food Good but with too little options, my airconditioning was broke... On general was Good but can Be better and isn't the Pattern of São Paulo Golden Tulip.

Rooms reasonable so long as your not in the '06 room' on each floor. This has only a small inaccessible window and is quite dark. Hotel were happy to move me to a better room. Restaurant is excellent and generally quiet in the evening. Lunchtime buffet is very popular and good value. Staff all friendly and helpful. Small swimming pool and gym on top floor.
