Staff does not know procedures on coupons and pointing errors out does not help at all. Pizza's seen burned several times while waiting for take away. Take away takes at least 30 min. Don't come here for a quick food or an on point service

I was coming here with my kids almost every weekend. Used to be a good place with nice personnel. Came today for a family dinner, and it was a disaster. Nobody bothered to pick the order, although we were sitting in front of our closed menus for quite some time, had to call to place my order. After waiting for another 30 minutes had to remind about our order. Was told that the order was not in their system! (Funny enough, when placing my order I was questioned if I wanted snacks faster).
I would give it one point for today's service, but I added one extra point, as my earlier experience was more positive. I will look for alternative place now.
