I booked a room on Sunday, October 9th and received a booking confirmation. I was supposed to travel on October 10th for an interview the next day. Since it was the first time I was using airbnb I decided to call and confirm my reservation. The receptionist didn't speak proper English but told me that they have sent me a cancellation e-mail on October 10th, which was not the case. I asked them to double check as I had received a confirmation email but they refused to take my name or reservation number and check, just saying that they are fully booked. So I basically found out one hour before getting on the train to Brussels that if I had gone to the hotel I'd have nowhere to sleep. Considering that this is a hotel next to the airport so people usually stay there for business travel, it is unacceptable that they don't sent accurate information to their clients. So if you have important meetings or a flight to catch I would not recommend staying at this hotel!

Location of the hotel is in very noisy enironment. Not only is it close to the airport, its also next to a very busy railroad

Very close to diegiem station. Take the train to get from or to the airport. Staff friendly, rooms spacious.
