Don't be afraid of the old interior or the flappy menu card. This is a place you visit not only for the good pancakes but for the overall experience! This place will take you back to those cozy times at your grandma. The chairs, tables, plates, machinery, ... everything breathes family over here. The people running this place are always laughing and friendly. Oh and if I may say, do take a milkshake! They are made with ice cream and taste wonderful. This is very rare in Belgium unfortunately. Luckily this place has it all: good food, lovely shakes and an amazing atmosphere.

Very very friendly staff. Quick service and always with a smile. The pancakes are really tasteful and you won't anything find like these elsewhere. At least not in the center of Ghent.
You can have them with all kinds of sugar, chocolate, fruits, ... or meat, cheese, vegetables, eggs, ... on it.
The milkshakes and coffees are also deliciously good.
Totally not expensive and this in the heart of Ghent. Just near the main shopping street and Korenmarkt.
Tourists with a hunger for pancakes must visit this place (actually 2 places: Voldersstraat or Donkersteeg; both walking distance from Korenmarkt and main shopping street Veldstraat). Both with a typical homely atmosphere.
