Room looked better in the pictures. Reasonable price close to the train station. Shower head didn’t stay up right. If I was staying more than one day I would have complained. ‘Superior room’ didn’t seem that when I got there...

I selected the hotel because if the central location with walking distance to the Midi Station, as well as to the old town. The room was clean but it looked way better on the website. Bathroom had a bath/shower combo with an unexplained leak when in use, with water pooling on the floor. Five stars for service, breakfast was included, and requests for a wake up call and a cab were timely. Perfect for one-night layover stays. For a long term I would look for a different place to stay.

Room for improvement here. The lobby area and breakfast area including the breakfast were faultless. The corridor and stairs to our room need an upgrade and the room didn't feel safe next to the fire escape where the fire door was always open.
