The museum is ideal for a rainy day with young children, not the most educational museum, but lots of things to play with and nicely done. Residents of Elsene get a discount. The park itself is free entry and has some nice climbing frames and such, nothing too special but safe and friendly.

Very nice place to spend an interactive afternoon with the kids. As the places for some activities are limited you need to arrive well in time. Both the kids and the parents loved it.
