I only visited their NB library building and the experience was positive. The staff was really helpful and pointed me to the resources I needed with no issues. Their weekly pass is also quite cheap. One issue I found annoying was that the access to the computers requires login credentials which you can only get after a day. So if you're there for some digital resources and you come from a different city, take that into account.

I am a foreign student, i visited belgium to search for a university but unfortunately when i went there no one could give me informations. I tried to call the other day but nobody answers, after 10 minutes they answered and connected me somewhere else, i kept waiting 8 minutes on the phone with no answer.
I recommend foreign students to avoid Belgian universities because it is not up to the service and welcome standards just go smewhere else best choice is USA universities who are more cooperative and you can have interview on skype like Emerson university in Boston they answer from the second ring
