Hello! That Herz station charged me 31€ after a proximatly one month past my booking a car! Espetially bad that wile returning, manager said " Everything is OK!" No new scratches and the tank was full ! Terrible!!!

They charged me 31 euro, 1 month later I don't know what for... I returned the car with the tank full..

I rent a car from Hertz Gare du Midi in Brussels. The car had a scratch that I had noticed at the beginning and thus I made some photos. When I gave back the car their was an incident and I should pay for the damage however the personnel was VERY POLITE and together with sorted this out. They saw the photo I had sent and they will refund me for the damage charge as it wasn´t me who did it. excellent service in this case.

We rented a car, returned with no damages, but were charged $1000 USD for two scratches. We tried to dispute, but could not get a return call or an answer. Like others, we were hung up on. Hertz USA was no help, and encouraged us to dispute with credit card issuer.

I had a dispute about a charge to my credit card for damage that did not take palce, and they refused to speak to me. Hung up the phone multiple times. Use any other rental agency.
