4 jaar na het eerste bezoek een revisit en die loste alle verwachtingen in. Verrassende amuses, verfijnde gerechten en smaken met gewaagde combinaties. Rijk van smaak en textuur. Misschien enig klein minpuntje. De rode wijn werd echt wat te koud (ik vermoed +-12gr.) geserveerd.
Conclusie: Top gastronomie van Filip, Sandra en hun team.

Amazing food, incredibly friendly and well-versed staff, exciting wines, I would go back regularly if I could. A must visit for foodies who come to the area.

Overall good food except the ravioli as it tasted displaced and bland. The wines served with the 5 course were very nice but not greatly paired with the food. It didn't work well, especially the Burgundy, which is a outstanding wine, was too rich and strong to go with the chicken just to give an example. Overall a bit disappointing for a 2 star. That's not even including the racist comment from the sommelier.
