A quaint hotel, run by a family. Room size is adequate. The staff is very friendly and helpful.Breakfast was good. The best part was that delicious hot chocolate was available at the dining room all the time.

The best Hotel in Brugge, with extremely friendly staff and a charming owner who helped out with everything. Clean and spacious rooms and a wonderful cute cafe with free beverages.

Very cute hotel in Bruges Centre, 10 mins away by walking from main square and station. The owner is very friendly and helpful. There is the possibility to take free tea and coffee in their small cute garden. Breakfast is 14€ per person; we didn't try it but seems to have big variety

Just two of us and have stayed for two nights. We were pleasantly greeted by a girl who took us on a small tour of the hotel. The hotel is very old and traditional in a really nice area not far from the centre. The hotel has a rear garden, which you are welcome to sit in with unlimited free tea/coffee/hot chocolate. The garden has some bird cages surrounding the seating area and are very cute, including a parrot. Our room was very nicely set in a traditional style with a few amenities. You get a mini bar, a couple of fans, a safe, hair dryer and an older generation ipod dock clock radio with a usb port for charging. There's also quite a large TV with lots of digital channels available. The staff have all been very pleasant, always wishing us a good day or evening. A word of note is due to the age of the building and internal layout it is not feasible for them to have an elevator or stair lift to the upper rooms, there are however rooms on the ground floor I think. Breakfast we didn't take up, but is a buffet style continental but with some cooked food (bacon and egg). The bed is a decent size (king) and we have had an overall pleasant stay.
